Android 11 - How do I edit these buttons?

In Android 11, when you press the power button and get all the new buttons/features to use.
At the top of the screen are 3 BIG buttons.
I've seen you can have different options for these top 3 buttons, but I've yet to find out where you go to edit what these 3 buttons do.
Does anyone know?

Thanks for that.
Whilst it does not help, it shows me what the problem is.
The credit card section (second part down)
And the smart control section (third sections down)
have the tiny row of 3 dots to the right of those sections so you can edit those specific things.
The top row of BIG buttons, I don't have the dots to the right.
Though, in the images in the link your provided the buttons are there.

So I know not to look elsewhere. Perhaps in some areas they are not yet allowing editing of the top row?
It's good I know as can others what to look for now
