I have an Amstrad V2 Sky + box, ive only had it for about 1 month but it is a reconditioned unit. I have just recently noticed that the amount of space left on the box was 51%, so i checked the recorded programs they are just over 2 hours long in total and the little yellow indicator for each program is not much so there is about 35-40% space missing! So i did the Planner Rebuild, same again, i am going to do the Full System reset tonight once i have watched the 2 progs on it, but does anyone have any idea why this would have happened...

A long running and seemingly impossible to fix software bug that SKY and it's suppliers should be ashamed about:(

Just keep your eye on it, planner rebuild should have cured it and the reset will but as you know you lose your recordings.
