I just got an Amstrad Sky+ box installed last Friday, and have had no picture problems so far. Just now I took the lid off to have a quick look inside and saw it had a Seagate hard disk. :) I've always preferred Seagate's to Maxtors.

My question is has anybody upgraded an Amstrad box, and if so, which drive did you use? Did it go ok? What about heat issues?

I was thinking of going with a Maxtor like most people do but now its a Seagate I think I will get a barracuda 7200.7 120GB, my only worry is at 7200RPM it might run a little hot.

    Any views/suggestions would be appreciated.

    Thanks
