Hi im stuck on which amp to choose it needs to power 2 vibe QB69 6x9's and be capable of 200w rms 4ohms. Im trying to choose between
    SONY XM-SD22X, XM-2200GTX or a CRUNCH V-2800.
Can anyone please give me some feedback on any of these.

    Thanks

All the amps you have listed are buget amps that are really not very good at all. You can't expect to get anything decent, truly rated at 200x2 @ 4ohm for under £500.

Edit - I originally pointed you to another board which I then realised is in breach of this boards rules so I have removed this information from my post.

Yes, all list are pretty pap. Sonys particularly over-rated, Crunch (who?!?).

Load of crap, the sony amp is great and truely powerfull.
You do not have to spend fortunes for a good amp.
I have two of these running 12" spl pioneers in ported enclosures and they sound awesome.

Agree you don't need to spend silly money to get a decent amp (£500!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) Have a look around on the internet for some second hand ones particlular fave of mine are kicker IX404.

Never heard of crunch so can't comment, personally I'm not a Sony amp fan, but that is just my own view
