AMP/DVD to run KEF KHT 2005's

There i was looking at buying a complete AV package (Sony DAV S550 or AE AegoP5) and then i heard the KEF KHT 2005.

I would like an AMP/DVD to run this package. Are there any all in one AMP/DVD units or can anyone recommend a slim line AMP & DVD?

I have heard of the Denon ADV-700.

Criteria:-
Must fit under TV unit
Silver.
Decent CD play back.
