    Hi ya,

Just tested the Yamaha 750SE amplifier and found that the crossover is not working :( Any help /advice would be great.

I found that with nothing connected but just the subwoofer, all speakers set to small, LFE to sub only, that I could still get 200Hz @ 70 dB!

How do I actually get the crossoever from the amp to work properly!

    I must be missing something

    Thanks

I've set the sub to crossover frequency at max.

The amp probably is working correctly. The 70Hz crossover is a starting point. frequencies above 70Hz will still be heard but at a diminising volume as the frequency increases. This is usually about 6dB/octave. So at 200Hz the volume is about 10dB below the volume at 70Hz.
