Have just got a Panasonic e30 DVD recorder, so am after an amp and speakers. Some options seem to be :-

    1. Aego P5
    2. Sony 485 amp + SAVE535 speakers (or something similar from other firms)
    3. Sony HTSL7A

Not too bothered about a lot of inputs/receiver as I already have hifi separates.

Anyone got these or can provide any advice, much appreciated.

    cheers, Owen.

Are you gonna use them in the same room? If yes, how about adding an amp like the Sony 485 or Yamaha 430 to your existing amp and speakers and then you only need a matching centre and some rears?

Whatever fronts you have at present should out-perform the Pascal speakers easily.

    Nobber22,
have Kef floorstanders that would be in the rear position for the new AV setup, and can't really move them to L-R for AV because of the room. So, looking for smallish sats to put on a wall/shelf.

    Owen.
