Apologies if this kind of question gets asked all the time. I've searched the forum and even tried to make sense of the amp advice pinned thread over in the home theatre folder.

I've got a pair of Q Acoustic 3020i speakers and I'm looking to pair them with a cheap amp (for the time being). I can't work out if the power of an Aiyima T9 is appropriate for these speakers.

The speakers are nominal impedence of 6 ohms with a stereo amp power rating of 25 to 75 watts. The spec for the amp says it outputs 100w per channel at 4 ohms, which I calculate to be 67 watts at the 6 ohms of the speakers. So that feels a bit underpowered to me but I'm just not sure.

Concerned i'm going to damage the speakers by getting this wrong. Thanks for any help.

That amp should be fine. Just use the volume control if the speakers start to distort.

I'm considering the Douk st01 pro, which I believe is the same as the aiyima t9 pro but rebranded on 4 ohm nominal speakers with 200 watts max rated continuous.
