Well having checked the IMDB, I've found precious little information.

It doesn't bode well. A director that did some episodes of Dawson's Creek and Bill Shatner as a shrink?

Why does this have my "oh dear" sense working overtime?

american psycho 2 will be out on dvd on the 22nd of april in region 2.
it's set 15 years after the original and is supposed to be the story of patrick batemans only surviving victim. she goes on a killing spree of her own and is blatently just a cheap cash in.
we've got a preview tape at work and i can't even be bothered to watch it, it looks terrible.

but maybe i'm wrong, maybe it's an undiscovered gem.

    No, you're right.
It's a "think twice before you rent" movie.

I was a huge fan of the original, but I realize this is just cashing in on the name, so I'm not touching it with an 8 foot pole. (my 10-footer is in the shop)

But, given the ending of the original (I won't give it away), logically, there can't be a sequel. But, Hollywood and logic are definitely not close friends.
