I'm registered with the NLA (National Landlords Association) and have one of their free templates for creating a tenancy agreement. The problem I have is that a couple of the clauses I want removing but can't because of the way it's formatted - a couple regarding use of candles and keeping a pet.

Anyone know if I can print the form, scribble out the items that are not applicable and then just signature each amendment?

    Thanks
    Mike

Why not print them out, cover the bits you want removing with white paper and then photocopy those pages.

Or just cross the clauses out then sign and date by the side where you have crossed out.
