I was wondering if anyone had any experience of the used items on Amazon?

Specifically are you more/less likely to get a pirate? Are you more/less covered then ebay?

Any opinions would be most appreciated :)

i've used it a couple of times, just be wary and remember if it sounds to good to be true, it usually is!

i used it a few times for dvds and got them, then ordered a phone (about a year or two ago) - a sharp gx20 for £170, and it never came. However they did give me a refund within a month of the purchase, so it would seem some are slightly dodgy, but you are well covered. :)

Yes, you are well covered. The purchases actually go through Amazon, you pay them and then they pay the seller. As chedmaster said any problems and you should get a refund.
