Amazon said they received an Empty box and won’t issue a refund! Help!

I have said this already. I went through the process to return the item on amazon and it would be picked up by Hermes and I paid for it. i was told on the returns process if i do this and get refunded, it will be deducted off the refund i receive.

This means Amazon paid for the Hermes return, not you. You have not ‘paid’ Hermes for the return. Amazon has paid on your behalf & will deduct it from you later.

This is better for you as Amazon has responsibility for the return.
