Amazon.com. Return for missing Dvd.

Hi. My Blade runner 5 blu-ray pack was due for delivery on 4th January. I am still waiting. I have a tracking number for international shipping but I am unable to use it to get any information from Amazon. There seems to be no clear option to allow a refund claim for non delivery of an item. I have spent quite a lot of time on this with no joy. Has anyone any experience of this.
The closest I got to success was a refund claim for missing parts, they are now expecting me to send them back an incomplete package which I dont have. Please help.

You can expect to wait up till 3 weeks for del from USA.

Hi, Despatch date was 20th December, I am prepared to wait a few days longer. I see that other forum members are also awaiting the same discs.
Shame this is my first experience with Amazon.com.

Hi, Delivery arrived on the 15th January. It needs to be a real bargain for the hastle. Ordered 4th December and delivered 15th January.
