Hi. My Blade runner 5 blu-ray pack was due for delivery on 4th January. I am still waiting. I have a tracking number for international shipping but I am unable to use it to get any information from Amazon. There seems to be no clear option to allow a refund claim for non delivery of an item. I have spent quite a lot of time on this with no joy. Has anyone any experience of this.
The closest I got to success was a refund claim for missing parts, they are now expecting me to send them back an incomplete package which I dont have. Please help.
