Amazon 4K Firestick TV – Display Resolution Issue

TV = 2020 Hisense 55” UHD 60Hz

Need advice from the Gurus

Settings:

/1/ I set the Display on the Firestick @ Automatic (up to 4K Ultra HD).

/2/ In the Firestick’s Developers Tool Menu, I activate Advanced Options (AV).

Issue

• When streaming UHD with Netflix and Disney+ (both with UHD subscriptions) then AV shows 1080.
• Changing the Display to 2160 60Hz then streaming UHD with Netflix and Disney+ (both with UHD subscriptions) then AV shows 2160.
• If I then stream BTSports App (not 4K subscription) then the AV shows the display has changed to 1080 with Netflix and Disney+and Display on the Firestick to @ Automatic (up to 4K Ultra HD) and does not revert to 2160 60Hz i.e. displaying UHD with Netflix and Disney+, unless Display manually changed.

Question:

How do I keep the Display permanently at 2160 60Hz?

Is the BTSports App triggering this change if so why?
