    I think I must be.

I've lost my Sky guide, no information on any channels, even the channel titles have disappeared, though the picture is coming through fine.

When going through the TV guide all I get is 'Searching for listings, please wait', then nothing.

How do I get it back?

(Got one of the newer Panasonics by the way)

Must be a problem at their end, my Sony has been doing it all evening too. Try going to the TV guide, they will come through after a while but it all seems a bit clogged up.

my pace box has been fine tonight .

have you tryed the old unpluging the box a bit trick .

i tend to get probs like that quite a bit a full reset usualy works .
somtimes the chan name on the search and scan banner aint there on all channels . somtimes the info button just says "synopsis not available" . somtimes it just says searching for listings then gos to chan 998 in the midle of a program and somtimes all the listing are just missing

i think if they stuck win98 on the boxes they would have less problems

if you have any problems just reset the box , after all that's all sky ever tell you when you contact em :(

i used to have these problems sometimes.....reset the box with out your card in, boot the box, then put your card back in, and it'll download the stuff again.

or just turn it off at the plug for 10 seconds and then back on again. Often there is no need to do a full reboot when a reset will usually be fine. (it's quicker too)
