Alternative to headphones-really small speakers?

I like to listen to my Walkman mp3 player at work, but after a few hours my ear starts to feel uncomfortable, I'm also worried about damaging my hearing.
Are there any very small speakers that I could clip to my jacket or overalls? I'm not after hifi quality, just something giving a reasonable sound. I work as an electrician, walking around a lot, and am not supposed to have a radio (or mp3 player) at work, so something discrete is needed.

Edit- A single speaker would be much better than two.

Any idea's, especially under 30 quid would be welcome.

So do you not like sticking canal phones in your ears? Why not try looking for a good pair of earbuds or clip ons?
