Alternative for repairs?

    I assume there's no where else I can send my 100x5 apart from IAG to get it repaired? It's not really that inspiring when you are told they can't tell you when it will be repaired (apart from at least 6 weeks :(), or how much it will cost.

    They're not really encouraging me to spend any more of my hard-earned with them.

    i was going to offer you a trade with my HTPC ;)

    No seriously i do also fear for the future repair senario :confused:

    Although i have recently got my AV32R "repaired" with it missing connectors and the service from the guys barry and phil was superb :clap:

    If your amp is out of warrentee, I know a genious who can fix it.

    Drop me a line on spencerwilliams@btopenworld.com and I'll pass his contact details on. I think he works for NASA in his spare time! :D

    I am lucky that I have an alternative repair source to IAG......

    I think you only had a faulty module. Can't they remove the faulty module and you stay with 4 modules while the faulty module is repaired? At least you could still enjoy a 4.1 system.
