Alternaive to 0845 number for Birmingham and Midshires

Can anybody help please. I am trying to find an alternative to the 0845 phone number for Birmingham and Midshires savings. My provider charges me over 10p a minute for call to 0845 phone numbers. I have looked on Saynoto0870 but I cannot find a number that works. Is there a regional number for Birmingham and Midshires.Thank you
