Alpine warranty help needed!!



I bought an alpine nve-n099p from italy from an audio shop. Im based in the UK Unit was brand new boxed. I have receipt and alpine warranty card which the audio shop stamped. I got the unit 2 weeks ago and got it installed today but the navi keeps ejecting the disc so the unit is faulty. What can i do with regards to warranty claims etc?? as the unit was not bought from the uk?
