    They are totally legal and comply 100% with Russia law, they also pay artist royalties through ROM. They've been around for four years now with no legal challenges at all.

    Rather pointless and error ridden article 1. They do pay artist through the Russian Organisation for Multimedia and Digital Systems 2. They quote the prices wrong and 3. The last paragraph even says nay court case would fail. You think the site would have lasted for four years without one court case if it wasn't operating within the law?. What is concerning is that the RIAA etc may put enough pressure on the Russian government to tighten up there copyright laws, then the site would be screwed.
