hi i'm looking for all in one system with optical so i can use my xbox 360 and sky hd by using an optical splitter switch-

does the all in one system have to have an optical input or output?
    thanks

You are looking to have an all in one with at least one optical input. I cant see why it would have optical output as the systems are designed to deal with the signals they receive, not to pass them on.

There's no need for an optical switch - just get a system with two or more optical inputs.

Pretty much every all in one amp & speakers system will have optical input. Have you any other criteria to narrow it down? Budget, future use of blu ray, other equipment you want to connect to it, type of speakers, etc?

try an all in one sound bar, the denon dht-FS3 is a great system and comes with its own subwoofer.

Great sound bar, can be found at an affordable price, looks stylish and compact and has quiet alot of connections, 2 x optical, 2 x audio, 1 x coaxial.
