All For One Mosaic / URC 9990 & Philips DVDR880 Recording Function

I've newly bought an All For One Mosaic / URC 9990 Remote from Richer Sounds for £60.

I downloaded the Philips DVDR 880 code from the All For One helpline & the DVD player functions work, but I cannot see how to use the Video Plus or manual timer recording functions.

I would appreciate your feedback.

Haven't got a DVD recorder, so I can't help with this too well.

Have you made sure you've scrolled through all the pages? Did you try setting it up as a VCR instead? Have you tried the learning function from your old remote?

I 'phoned the helpline again & they gave me the code number for a 'magic key', which generated a button that replicates the function of the original remote's timer button. Sorted!
