I wish ITV would bring a app out on the two consoles, unlikely

From Wednesday 23rd December 2015 PS4™ users will be able to use the All 4 app to watch the latest Channel 4 content through their TV as well as thousands of classic shows available from Channel 4’s extensive archive.

Just some of the best of British TV now available on All 4 includes: brand new Peep Show as the El Dude brothers get together for the final time in season 9, alongside timeless box-sets of seasons 1-8; the award-winning and critically acclaimed comedy series Catastrophe starring Rob Delaney and Sharon Horgan; and this summer’s hugely successful drama hit Humans featuring a stellar cast including William Hurt, Katherine Parkinson, Colin Morgan, Rebecca Front and Gemma Chan.

PS4 owners will be able to view brand new original digital content such as Channel 4’s Shorts available only on All 4 – and All 4 exclusive acquisitions including Married At First Sight (US series). New Shorts series coming soon to All 4 include:Urban Explorers which takes a look at how parkour and free running pros make it to the tallest towers, and Everyday Battle Raps in which rappers feature in public disputes as surprised onlookers try to figure out what they’ve walked in to.

From Sunday 3rd January 2016 on All 4, PS4 owners will be able to access Walter Presents – the hotly anticipated new on-demand service showcasing the world’s best foreign-language drama. Capitalising on the growing demand for premium world drama, Walter Presents will eventually host more than 600 hours of drama that will be available for box-set viewing on All 4.

Carl Pfeiffer, Head of Distribution for Channel 4, said: “It's great that we can end this great year for All 4 by launching on PlayStation 4, bringing thousands of hours of shows to even more viewers.”

“Bringing All 4 to PlayStation 4 will ensure that millions of players on Britain’s best-selling console will continue to enjoy an extensive selection of TV and video services alongside their favourite games.” Said Rich Keen, Head of Product Marketing, Sony Computer Entertainment UK Limited.

New PS4 owners will be able to access the All 4 app on their consoles through the TV and Video section of their PlayStation 4 Home Screen.
