    Interesting Foxy,
Cameron states in his commentary that the reason for the grain in the picture was his insitance on shooting a non anamorphic print due to the difficulties it presented. As at that time Kodac had not developed T-grain technology the stock was grainy. As anamorphic lenses allow more of the emulsion to be used the grain was less evident. He does state he thinks in retrospect it was a mistake - however this article suggests an alternative explaination,

Highlander 2 i agree with but Alien 3 had a very good ending, i'm sick of happy ever after's go back to before the eighties and look at how many films copped out just so they could make a sequel, i think Alien 3 is flawed but it's a fine film.

The problem is that you know shes going to die half way through the film, what happens after that is totally irrelevant and of no interest.

Alien 2 was the worst of the Quadrilogy. I was sick to death of "Hey Mannnn", "Mannnnn", etc..

Why was Alien and Resurrection the only two to get DTS??

Alien 3 and Aliens were too long to fit DTS and commentaries without compromising the picture quality.
