Does anybody know when this is going to be shown?

It was supposed to be last night (Wed 3rd Apr) and was even listed on the EPG but wasn't shown.

    Hi Kevo,

Maybe the BBC and Parkinson had more sense, than to inteview Wally B! He's already overexposed, and he isn't even funny!

If Sacha Baron Cohen thinks that a white guy pretending to be black, is cool and clever, then he is even more pathetic than I first thought.

I mean, come on folks, is this really the best of British humour, for the 21st century?! Good God Almighty! I dread to think what future citizens of this country will think of all of us.

In the 1970's we had Leonard Rossiter, Fawlty Towers and Monty Python. In the 80's we had Mel Smith, Griff Rhys Jones, Adrian Edmundson, Rik Mayall, and the rest of the Comic Strip Presents team. In the 1990's we had Absolutely Fabulous, French & Saunders, The Fast Show, and The League Of Gentlemen.

What have we got for the 2000's? Wally B, Daisy Donovan, and the Estate Agents! Whoopy-f******-do! Okay, so C4 has given us "Spaced" and "Black Books", but ultimately, it's a poor choice of comedy.

God help future British TV comedy!

I agree up to a point Pooch.

IMO when he first appeared on the 11 o' clock show I found him quite amusing because his interviews with various politicians etc.. were done in such a way to totally humilliate them by bamboozeling them with "street, black gangsta etc... lingo, which is great as I find they (the politicians) do the same to us with their political jargon, and it was nice to see them get a taste of thier own medicine.

He has however now become a victim of his own sucess, as people see him coming a mile off these day's. So he has resorted to crude and tastless shock tactics to get a laugh. I think he should of quit being Ali G a while ago, and come up with something new.

    He was indeed...and more!

I think it's safe to say that Ali G is 'past his sell by date'.

    God was he so unfunny!

I wish I hadn't started this thread now and maybe I would have missed it but the G/F wanted to watch it...not me (honest!)

The guy was so bad it was embarrasing.

The clip of his movie did not inspire me.

It would have been better to interview Mr Cohen himself surely?

    Cheers
