Alexa voice control not working

Hello

My 50PUS7805 says Alexa is connected within the smart TV app and I tried logging in and out again of it but it won't pair with the remote for voice function?
This software is driving me mad.
I'd there a fix of workaround?

UPDATE!

The weird and wonderful world of Philips updates..
I noticed my hdmi TV picture settings were way off today and suspected an update or reset.
I tried to pair the remote again and it worked, albeit at the expense of nothing playing within the Amazon prime app.
I unplugged from the mains and will embark on another testing spree tomorrow.
Honestly they should give me an oled for the amount of things I've resolved and found workarounds for!
