Alexa issues on Samsung Q95T 75 inch

Hi,

i have my Samsung Q95T TV (modell code QE75Q95TATXZG) for 2 weeks now and have issues with Alexa:

1) Sometimes i get the message (see photo below from my TV): sorry, it is in german language and it says "Connection with Amazon Alexa-Server not possible. Try again later". When i try next time Alexa works fine.

2) Alexa stops talking after few moments. E.g. when i ask "how is the weather" Alexa Says "The weahter in......." and suddenly stops talking. The sound of TV is still muted until Alexa is finished and then it is unmuted. So Alexa says something, but i only can her the first few words. When i say e.g. "Alexa, play music from playlist" Alexa answers correct and does not stop and the music starts after that.

I have tried everything: reset of my wlan-router, reset of TV, deleting device in Alexa App, etc.... but the issue still occurs :( any ideas ?
