Hi - bought the MD41512 128meg MP3 player. Had 15 tracks on it. 13 MP3 format and 2 WMA format. I can see them all, even delete them if I wanted but the damn thing won't play the WMA tracks - it skips passed them. Any ideas why, anybody ?

    Are the wma files protected?
aka - did you download them from an online store, on rip then in WMP with the protect content option turned on?

instead of dragging-and-dropping from c: to e: I went into WMP itself and used the 'COPY to external device' route. Some conversion then took place before the actual copy. The file remained a.WMA file but it was now playable on the MP3 player.
