Recently bought a 40" Sammy LCD from AJ Electronics. A hassle free order and the TV was brand spanking new, no grey import from what I could see, and in perfect condition and no dead pixels. I'd recommend them.


I wouldnt personally touch AJ Electronics with a barge pole.

They seem fine if everything goes smoothly but if there is a problem you dont have a chance.

I ordered a 32" sharp TV last week, website said it was in stock, i phoned to be doubley sure ( took them an age to pick up) and was told there were no problems.

Yesterday i get an email saying that its out of stock and wont be with them for 2 weeks and cant tell me how long it will be till i get it.

They now wont answer emails about getting my money back and no one is picking up the phone either.

Really really bad customer service from my experiences with them.

Lessons learned from this are - pay a little bit more and buy from a better company.
