Aiwa Nicam HV-FX5900 VHS from Richer Sounds £80. Any good?

    Anyone got one of these?

    I need to replace my aged Toshiba VHS and purely on price for a NICAM VHS, which is made by a company I've heard of (if not actually owned any of their kit before), I thought this looked like great value.

    I've trawled the usual suspect websites looking for a review, but couldn't find anything.

    Any help comments or alternative suggestions for less that £100 would be greatly appreciated as I need to buy one soon.

    I don't see why it would do the job well. I've had an FX-7700 in the bedroom for 2 years now without a single glitch and a friend of mine has the FX-5850, again without any problems.

    Also, Richer Sounds are always helpful if you have any problems, just keep the receipt! :)
