I was about to spring for a DAB radio until I had some landscape workers here for a week who played their De Walt DAB radio-cum-battery charger constantly and the signal broke up noisily every time an aeroplane was visible. Is this a problem for all DAB radios? I live about 15 miles from Heathrow and the planes are quite high and barely audible but they are frequent. TIA.

If those blokes treated their DAB radio in the same way that most contractors treat their gear, I'm surprised it worked at all :)
