AI extension tubes

I'm in the market for some extension tubes, and have found some "Jessops AI" ones for sale. Problem is I'm not sure if they will work with Nikkor AF-S lenses? In other words would they fit and do the metering correctly?
Any help appreciated as it's all a bit new to me - Thanks! :)

I bought the Kenko Automatic Extension Tube Set DG a few months back for use with my D300 and Nikkor 60mm f2.8 G ED AF-S Micro, they work a treat, but with all 3 tubes on the 60mm you have to be very close to the subject indeed. The Jessops tubes should work a treat and autofocus fine, why not go in one of the Jessops stores and try them out first?

Thanks for the reply. After a bit of research I think they will physically fit and work, but without AF and metering on my D40. I have seen the Kenko ones, but didn't want to spend that much being tight... I guess I'll just keep a eye out on fleabay. :)
