    can someone tell me how to acsess the service menu to try to loose the dreded vb,s

    Go into the options menu and hold down the enter button for 5 seconds on the OSD option.

    thanks ajax, now i found it all i get is a blue screen with a 2 digit number if that is right what number is yours set on ?

    I think you press the up[ and down arrows to cycle throught Rdesk, Gdesk,Bdesk,Rceiling,Gceiling,Bceiling (can't remember exact order)
    and press left/right arrows to alter the values.
    mine are:R26 G2B B2A
    but I understand they're different for different people (room arrangements, eyesight etc)
