    Hi guys

Been thinking about upgrading my AE500 to 700 to allow me to move the PJ from the centre of the room (in the way) to the corner.

The reason I have the PJ in the centre of the room, at correct screen height, is to eliminate the need to use any horizontal/vertical keystone and therefore get the best picture.

Is the Lens Shift any good ? or is a degree of keystone correction needed ?

Moving furniture etc about is not a problem, but I'd love to be able to sit in the middle of the room (where the PJ is) so I get the best listening position as well !

I did have the PJ mounted on the ceiling (directly above) but the reduction in picture clarity was unacceptable ! With Lenshift, could I shift the picture down enough to let my put the PJ back on the ceiling without using Keystone (or should I say maximum keystone) ?

    Thanks

    Chris
