ae100 yellow and green problem

    I noticed last night that my ae100 seems to look a bit yellowy and green I dont think it is my imagination, I have compared it to my TV screen and the yellows and greens are certainly more bright , infact even faces seem to have a green colour on them.
    can I do anything about this . I have gone into the extra menu and done a panel test and it looks white with no discolouring , it may just be a feature of the projector

    As long as you don't have a hugely green looking image, this is a common "feature" of LCD projectors. Do a search for Hoya FLD or FL-Day filter - a 55mm version on the AE100 works a treat to reduce the green-cast produced by the lamp.

    how green would be normal . I have compared with my telly and the greens and yellows are a lot more vivid on the projector
