OK the dvd player (tosh 210e) is connected via component to the projector.
Can I use the terminator disk to set up brightness and contrast because of the ntsc black level problem with the Avia disk.

And then use the avia disk to basically set up everything else?

or can I use the avia for everything because of the component connection?

is this is a good idea?

and what's the best way to configure a normal tv in conjunction with the dvd player (scart RGB)

I've searched all the forums and too be honest I've made my head spin!

    Thanks

Avia only sets up NTSC levels so depending on PJ settings as to whether its uses the same levels for NTSC and PAL or not.

Not going to be much of a difference anyway (IMO).

I feed my PJ via HCPC - pretty much negates the whole "NTSC v Pal" issue.

I'd go with Avia - will be a big improvement.
