I've just got the panasonic TH-37pe30 & panasonic DMRE75V  but would now like to add surround sound system. I'm looking at receiver type as I dont want another DVD player & wondered what was the best way to connect everything up so that I get surround sound with my Sky+, DMRE75V and plamsa. I am a complete novice & would appriciate any help. I was thinking of getting the accoustic solutions DS-633, would this be any good for my set up please

How much are you looking to spend. That's a decent TV, so I would back it up with a decent sound set.

Look at say the Denon 2805 or the 1905. There are loads more decent amps about, and a lot depends on your listening habits, do you listen to more music or movies? I'll presume moveis and TV is more important that music.

As far as speakers go it depends on what what size and what you listen to.
