    Hi

New to this forum and think iv'e posted in the right place!

First time Home Theatre rig I am contempating.

    BenQ PE8700+
    Yamaha DSPAX750SE
    (Sky+)
    (DVD Recorder)
    (Computer)

I am trying to demo the BenQ shortly and like what I have found out about it so far. The same goes for the 750, although getting good value speakers is where I am stuck. I am after either a 5:1 or 7:1 setup but really don't want to spend too much at all. Small and black (speakers that is) if possible on a budget of 100 to 200 pounds. At or abouts anyway!

Comments on anything I have specified very welcome.

    TA

If you only have 1 or 2 hundred pounds for speakers, I'd drop the 750 to a 650, and add another few quid to the speakers. Then try the second hand market. What do Tannoy FX sell for these days?
