    Hi everyone
I have just bought a projector tube from another forum member however they will need to post it to me due to the distance between us. Has anyone got much expirience of this ? ie how fragile are they in the post ? we are both a little concerned about it getting damaged. Obviously it will be well packed but any advice would be great

They are pretty indistuctable, but having said that they are made of glass.
The end pins anre the real night mare if these get bent they have to be put back easy enough BUT they also have a very small seal around them to stop the air getting in. bending the pins can break the seal and Veeeery slowly the tube stops working.

My advice is foam and strong carboard with a tigt fitting tube of carboard around the neck of the tup to protect the pins.
