I need to buy an Active Subwoofer, but on a very tight budget, would like it to have high and low level inputs, dont want anything special.

    Budget - Under £100

Can anyone point me in the right direction ???:lease:

Just looked at this one below. WIll this do the job ??

I know it's not what you want to hear, but you really need to up your budget a bit, these are both excellent subs:

Be far bet than that Wharfedale, which I really wouldn't expect to be upto much, you'll be glad you spent the extra.

Or if £100 really is your very limit then have a look on Ebay, but to be honest there haven't been any real bargains for a while that I've seen.

At £80 it's probably ok, I'd still think you should try and scrape together the extra for one of the little BK's, they're essentially the same sub as the multi award winning MJ Acoustics 50 Pro, which cost twice as much:

The sony will be fine if all you want is something to make a nice boomy noise when there's an explosion on screen.

If you get it then report back and let us know what you think of it, it may be a little gem for £80.
