No to the biwired. I can't find any info on your speakers but im going to guess they are entry level and don't go down very low. If this is for movie use any should be fine but I'd be inclined toward the Kef or the Velodyne. On the other hand something 2nd hand in the classifieds might suit you. For music I think you would need to spend a little more to get something suitable but then your speakers would need an upgrade too!

Maybe I'm being a bit cynical it's just that I'm finding my CHT-10 somewhat lagging behind the bass I would like to get and thinking I'll need at least a SVS PCi+ before I'm happy :)

Hi m8, the Tannoy's were not entry level when I bought them 5 years ago, £399 I think the price was, they do a good job, they are a pain to site as no Mag shielding, was looking at a set of KEF eggs today the new release, but the chap in Radfords said they were not very good for Music, unless other people on here can confirm different.

The Kef eggs are good with music, the problems in their performance arise - in small numbers - when you begin to compare them to much larger, bulkier speakers, which shows the Kefs performance to be rather thin in comparison.

Hi depsi, sorry m8, I forgot about this thread, I got the Kef PSW3000 from unbeatable.co.uk for £299.96 excellent sub, very happy with it, I think it is now £427.00 ish, still a great price thou, benefits from remote control so you can turn it up and down etc.

    Cheers
