Advice on up grading

Hi

I'm thinking of up-grading my surround speakers, I currently have 4 Kef 3001 eggs as my surround speakers in a 7.1 set up. would there be any real improvement in replacing them with a set of Q100/300 and Q800ds. If i went down this route, would the eggs be any good at the front presence (high) positions.

Replacing your front three speakers will give you the main improvement

I'm happy with the front 3, I've got a Q7se and Q60c, just wondering if the change in surrounds will make any significant difference to the eggs?

Based on that information I would say you would get an improvement but not as marked as you may want.
