advice on tv?

    getting a new tv (insurance replacement) got 2 options really

    1 toshiba 32z23b

    or

    2 LG re32fz10px

    any advice on the better model?

    also i believe the tosh has a componant input would that allow me to get proggresive scan from my cube?

    AND could i get a SVHS to Componant lead as my amp does my vid switching via svhs?

    You'll find the toshiba specs at www.toshiba.co.uk. If this is the one of the cheaper (50Hz) stratas then I don't believe it has either component inputs or progressive scan capabilities. Don't know anything about the LG, but I suspect the Tosh will be the better of the two.

    ended up being sent the vouchers instead of a replacement set so i opted for a sony KV-32ls35 i only had to pay £60 pounds over the voucher price. i liked the picture quality and sound is not an issue as i have it all through my a2

    missus is happy coz its silver so smiles all round:smashin:
