Advice on these AV Receivers

Need advice on which one of the following receivers should I buy at these prices and why:

- Harmon Kardon AVR-160 at £214
- Pioneer VSX-421 at £170
- Onkyo TX-SR309 at £200

I'm just looking for an entry level AV Receiver, which supports the latest HD sound formats and has HDMI ports.
