Advice on Setup

OK im a total beginner to this world and would like to add some speakers to my setup, which is a Samsung LE32A436T, PS3 and Xbox 360.

small and busy room so speakers need to be small.

Looked at the Onkyo HTX-22HD and looks perfect for what im after but would rather be spending around the £100-150 mark but not sure weather thats realistic or not.
