Advice on fitness/sports nutrition

I have had muscular problems for a number of years which have been sorted out with the help of a great chirpractor and need to get fit.
I can go for walk etc. but get tired quickly, shaky afterwards etc. and was wondering if anyone could suggest an expert in the Bristol area to help me move on. Issues like getting carb intake right seems to make a massive difference.
Any suggestions?
