Looking for a new amplifier - under £300 - must have A+B speakers with independent switching, at least 4 input channels, preferably not black
Not interested in surround sound/5.1. Speakers are 2 x Kef eggs and 2 x Kef Q1s. Will be buying new DVD/CD player - mostly for music CDs and music DVDs - music mostly jazz/classical.
    Any advice appreciated.
    Many thanks

I would have said ex-demo Arcam A65+, or s/h A75+ but for the fact that the only the second set of speakers is switchable. If that's a deal-breaker...

Yamaha AX396/496. Switching and loads of inputs. Built like a tank as well. It is however as black as the ace of spades.

Was about to go for above recommended Yamaha amp when I read about a
Rotel RMB-1048 - High current eight channel amplifier. Does anyone know if this would work for decent quality and balanced hi-fi sound through 4 speakers ( 2 x Kef eggs over dining table and 2 x Kef Q1s at the other end of the room for tv viewi ng too). Sometimes want all 4 speakers on and just 2 speakers other times? Can you have A+B and independently adjust volume separately with this amp? Or Any other amp solutions/recommendations for this set -up much appreciated
