Advice on a budget compact camera please: 5-10mp, video+sound <£100 ?

So I'm after a cheap family compact digital camera... good for taking holiday snaps.

This means my criteria are:

Low price (so I'm not suicidal if it's nicked / lost / broken)

Samll size and weight (so it fits in a shirt or short s pocket)

Able to video with sound. (Doesn't need to be high-res, just as good as or better than the video ability of my Samsung phone)

I'm not overly fussed about image quality or fancy modes as our existing Nikon Coolpix is only 2mp and does a decent enough job in 'Auto' and that's as much as we need again - we'll probably only print at 6" x 4"

I would like a half decent flash with a sensible cycle time

I'd prefer it to take SD cards as I have a couple already

My only really big 'higher end' criteria is I *hate* shutter lag. So I'd like it to respond *very* quickly to pressing the button. I'm happy to trade pixels for a responsiveness, if it helps at all.

Are there any cameras out there that fit the bill and won't break my bank? I'd especially be interested in any, perhaps older models, that I can get 2nd-hand from ebay for a *real* bargain price!

cheers in advance :)
