Advice on a 40 LCD

Hi

Im looking to buy a 40 lcd. Its for playing (360, PS3), blu ray and sat!

I have 1400€ (£1100) to spend!

here are some must have features:

24P for Blu Ray
1080p Obviously
100 HZ

I do prefer a plasma screen (pana pz80) but a im afraid of phosphor lag

what is the best lcd inside of these characteristics?

Well the Toshiba 40ZF tickes all the boxes and is that price. Its new out an well recieved so far and is the size of a 37 inch

One choice is the 40ZF,the other is the upcoming Sony W4000,or Samsung A656

The Sony w4000 doesn´t have 100hz.

Is this important on blu rays and gaming?

And Samsung, they are reliable? Is this set quality comparable to Sony and Panasonic?

yea no point getting the sony,no 100hz but i heard they is another model out in october the w4500 with 100hz,abit of a ripoff if you ask me.

For blu ray not much neither for gaming.As someone said there is a W4500 coming if you are much interested.The 100Hz dont make the world BTW.Finally the best is to wait and see
