    Hi all.

    I recently bought a Panasonic TH42PZ80B, a DMP-BD35 and a Humax Foxsat-HDR; I now need a sound system to match them all.

I need advice on either a complete 5.1 system and/or the specification of amp I need to make use of the outputs of these devices. Is it better to buy the amp and speakers separately?

I only have two HDMI ports at the back of the TV (one has the Humax in it), will the BD player HDMI pass through the amp and into the TV for HD sound?

I will use the BD for music, so is an optical connection suitable?

I do not need FM/AM. Any suggestion on makes and models would be welcome, my budget is around the £300-00 mark, if possible. I see that Onkyo, Yamaha and Denon seem to be favoured, but these might be out of my budget.

    Many thanks :)
